加州法律给员工每年带薪病假至少 5 天（小公司也算）。雇主不能因生病解雇您。任何雇主——包括无证工人的雇主——都必须遵守。
CA law gives every worker at least 5 paid sick days/year (even at small employers). Your employer cannot fire you for using them. All employers must comply — including those of undocumented workers.
